Perhaps you have heard of the United States smart bomb technologies and the bunker busters. These were used in the Iraq War or Gulf War II to try to get underground hiding places of Saddam Hussein. These bunker buster guided munitions are also capable of taking out underground military facilities and nuclear research and development weapons manufacturing facilities. They also make a great weapon to destroy underground international terrorists organization headquarters such as those from Hezbollah in south Beirut, Lebanon. The Federation of American Scientists reported that; On April 28, 2005 the Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress of the sale of 100 GBU-28 "bunker buster" guided bombs to Israel. Designed to penetrate hardened command centers located deep underground, the GBU-28 is a 5,000-pound laser-guided bomb that uses a 4,400-pound penetrating warhead and contains 630 pounds of high explosives. Obviously, the use of such weapon would be for the underground nuclear weapons manufacturing facilities in Iran. Apparently this would trigger a large-scale war with Israel and it would be a huge battle. If Iran is attacked and she will retaliate using everything that she has and meanwhile the United States, the European Union and the United Nations would all be set on a path for world war. However, if Israel does not strike the Iranian nuclear weapons manufacturing facility underground then it Iran will eventually build nuclear weapons and give them to international terrorists organizations to; Blow Israel off the Map. The Iranian president's message is clear and he has promised to do so. This entire issue is an extreme one in that it could lead to World War III. However, World War III would end very quickly with all these modern weapons on both sides. Currently, China has sold high-tech missile technologies to Iran and Iran is enriching Chinese uranium stock. There are some serious issues going on the world and this current war between Hezbollah and Israel could develop into a much bigger project and war because Hezbollah is funded by Iran to the tune of $100 million per year. Please consider this in 2006. |
